Progress Checklist Binder

Are you about ready to pull out your hair checking wikis, blogs, and team pages for completed tasks?  I have developed a new system that has cut my viewing time tremendously.  I have fixed a binder with tabs for each student and within the tabs I keep checklists, evalutations, and all information need on each individual student.  I highlight each topic as the students complete them.  They show me that it has been completed, uploaded, and in its proper place.  I make notes of things that I may see on the wiki or blog that needs to be fixed.  I have an individual conference with each student on a weekly basis and let them know what needs to be accomplished, fixed, or share feedback with them.  The system has allowed my classroom to work much smoother and the students have become more aware of what is expected of them.  I will keep you updated on the progress!
